charming gem!
excellent breakfastkind staffcreaky floorboards
The location has excellent access to public transport. it also allows for convenient walks to popular sights. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It was fantastic and had plentiful options. the staff were stellar. Everyone treated me as an honored guest and were very kind.
the floorboards creaked a lot! i could hear neighbors walking around and talking loudly, made sleeping difficult. it was quite distracting and impacted my rest . i hope they address the noise issue soon.

really good servicesuper viewgreat variety
the staff gave Really good service. i'm talking Hugo Marcos Iris and the whole team. they really were very good for anything i needed. my room 304 had a SUPER view. breakfast had so much variety it was great.
tv channel selection could use a little work i guess maybe netflix or youtube would be nice

the location was acceptable, close to many attractions.
the room i was given was quite disappointing. the floorboards creaked loudly with every step, this made it difficult to sleep, especially when other guests were moving around. also, the breakfast service was disorganized with frequent shortages of cups and plates.
